This investigation evaluates the degree to which the rise of caudillismo in Latin America was inevitable. To assess the extent to which caudillismo was unavoidable, the investigation focuses on Augusto Pinochet, a militaristic ruler, his involvement with the leadership in chilli. After the expulsion of the Spanish Army in 1825, each Nation in Latin America has its own internal conflicts.
