Abstract The purpose of this paper is to show my reasons for continuing my education and attempting to circumvent an MBA degree and the benefits that come with it. With five years left hand in my military c beer, I feel it is important to deposit for the next stage of my life. The U.S. economy is in bad effect and job competition is fierce with Americans fighting for the few jobs that be available. Im hoping my twenty years of work and supervisory experience and an MBA degree will give me the extra raciness that will lead potential employers choose me over the competition. at presents MBA degree programs are far more antiphonary to the demands of the marketplace than those of 15 or 20 years ago.
