Introduction:
Stress in everyday batch be described as a bodys answer to a change that requires a physical, mental or turned on(p) adjustment or response. Therefore stress is basically a feeling just like hunger, anger, pain and other reactions that the gay body reactions to. However, people usually relate stress to a bad feeling or experience. As a track of responding to any kind of demand, stress can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel accented by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and at that place is no outlet for this extra energy and strength.
This report evaluates the homecoming of stress caused by the 911 terrorist attacks, and relates it to sport facilities as a practical target for such attacks.
