Marion Nicholas Ball
Someone I look at as a leader is Marion Ball, likewise hunch forwardn as Mario. Mario is from Buffalo, New York and lived there until 1998. I met Mario when I was very youngish at Metro Worship Center, a church I was attending at the time. However, I did not get to know him until the past few geezerhood, since he is my boyfriends father. He has been in the roofing industry since he was 19 years old. He started prohibited at All American roof and worked there for sixteen years. He left All American Roofing to take a leadership position as Super Intendant at Simon Roofing, where he is still employed.
Mario takes great conceit in the conjunction he works for, he says I would not be the dedicated leader I am today if I didnt believe in the survey and the integrity of the company I work for. Simon Roofing has been in business for 110 years and is the third largest roofing company in the nation. The company has gone through four generations of Simons unless the vision of the company has remained the same, to be honest with their customers and everlastingly provide quality work so that customers would suppose friends and friends would tell their friends. Mario states, that is something to be proud of.
Mario believes his staff would identify him as exacting provided also passionate about his work and merciful toward his employees. I think the fact that his employees would say this about him shows that he makes sure he is seen as a leader but wants to make sure his employees feel taken care of and not just seen as workers but as people too. I think that this would be a very accurate description of Mario, because beingness a Yankee he can by all odds have a Yankees attitude but I have gotten to see the caring side of him as well.
