Executive summary
This is a report about an aspect of HRM practice that I encountered after school working as a bid in a young mints non-governmental organization called Girls Education Movement-Uganda (GEM-U). It was a very young organization just three long time old, founded and managed by young people. The report will be divide into two major sections; a short report about an aspect of HRM practice and then the TGF discussion associated with B120 Book 2.
The prototypic section will have four sub-sections/ places: part (a), I will describe the HRM problem that I experient at GEM-U; part (b), will be the analysis of the problem using HRM concepts delivered from B120 Book 2 An introduction to human option management, Session 2 Designing satisfying work; part (c), I will propose solutions to the problem; and lastly part (d) I will share useful information from two websites on internet that give additional information about the concepts from part (b) to analyse situation described in part (a).
The section of the report, I will a brief summary of one of the TGF discussions relating to B120 Book 2 and what I have learnt from it.
