Analysis of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s Young Goodman Brown

The conflict mingled with the forces of good and evil is a absolute theme in literature of all time periods. In his short story Young Good hu earth Brown, Nathaniel Hawthorne tells the tale of a man induced Goodman Brown, who has to deal with a similar struggle one begrimed night. Not only is she his wife, she represents his religious beliefs, and multiple time she is spoken of in the story in such a way that could be referring not just to her as a character, solely to Goodmans beliefs as well.
