What is evidence based practice?
Evidence?based practice is the integration of 
individual clinical expertise
with the 
best available extraneous clinical evidence from 
systematic research
and
patients  set and expectations

The evidence?based practice (EBP) 
process.
Decision or  disbelief arising from a 
patients care.
Formulate a focussed question.
Search for the best evidence.
Appraise the evidence.
Apply the evidence.

EBP in practice
depending upon speciality,  in the midst of 50 and 80 per
