Now that the conditions that made independence needful have been stated and having shown that those conditions existed in British North America, the solution concludes thatthese United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and IndependentStates; that they are decipherable from all Allegiance to the British Crown,and that all political nexus between them and the State of Great Britain,is and ought to be totally change state; and that, as free and independent states,they have full index to levy war?? .
