15 states have admired medical marijuana even though it is banded federally. The states are Alaska, California Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and capital of the United States (Armentano,2010). Nine out of the fifteen states were voted on by the plenty and in the remainder states the govenor or the senate signed the bill (Armentano, 2010). The studies with medical marijuana involes Alzheimers, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Chroinc pains, Diabetes mellitus, Dystonia, Fibromyalia, Gastrointestinal dis clubhouses, Gliomas, Hepatitis C, HIV that muckle lead to AIDS, Hypertension, Incontinence, MRSA, Multiple sclerosis, Osteoporosis, Pruritus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Sleep apnea, Tourettes syndrome (Armentano, 2010).
