The job or career that does interest me is to be a defense lawyer. The job of a defense attorney is to apply his guest. The client is innocent until stand upn guilty, so the lawyer listens to his interpretant and determines which way they should defend him. Also what I entrust do is confabulation with the police to see what they do or do not have on my client. If there is any witnesses should talk to them and see what they have to say. My favorite show is Matlock and he is a famous defense attorney. He gets clients that he defends as well. I have learned a lot of watching him nevertheless though it is just a television show. To know that the prefatory job description is to defend your client and if can prove that he did not do the alleged crime. Also present reasonable doubt in the juries mind that someone se could have done the crime, to demonstrate reasonable doubt. Also if the pursuance attorney does offer a deal and my job would too let my client know if I thought it is a good deal, but also leave it up to my client to make the final decision if he will resign it or not.




When it comes to my sidereal day to day operations I would be interviewing my clients and try and figure out how I will defend them. Also anything that my client tells me is privileged and it stay between; this is nought that can be shared. If I have court that day and have to defend my client first I will have to help select the jurors that I think would be non bias on the jury. Want a juror that is open-minded as well as not persuaded about what they may have read or saw in the media. so after the jurors are picking will have to cast them my opening statement. Also if my client does have to get on the stand will have to tell him how to answer the questions as well.
