PRESENT/DESIRED STATE
?Present State: schoolchilds who melt out of their parents home out on their experience do not understand how to budget their money effectively. This kitty exploit students to work too m whatever hours and have a negatively charged impact on their school work.
 
?Desired State: forwards moving out of their parents home, State University provides students and their parents with a model budget plan to manage their funds. As a result of this plan, students can work a reasonable number of hours and achieve donnish success.
