Introduction
This weeks assignment is to shape a curriculum remove for spoken language and account book recognition, this writer choose the Virginia Standards of Learning Curriculum Framework (www.doe.virginia.gov 2003) as a guide. When researching this topic the writer discovered similarities in the enjoins curriculum guide and her schools order curriculum guide. Each guide was set up in the identical format. Looking at Portsmouth human beings Schools curriculum guide it includes the school board policy, a rationale for a curriculum, the character of the curriculum, philosophy of the curriculum and the beliefs for developing a curriculum guide. Portsmouth Public Schools curriculum guide also includes a pacing guide to keep teachers on track. This is a multipurpose guide for regular education teachers but as a special education teacher the pacing would have to be accommodated. Our school-age childs do not work and achieve on the same level as the regular education student. The writer forget adapt the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOLs) to be physical exercised to teach a fourth grade class in spoken language, and eldest grade in word recognition.

Objective:
The student will apply oral communication skills to participate in discussions about learning and collaborative learning projects. Students should be subject to use grammatically correct language and specific phraseology to enhance the learning projects.
