Moreover, in terms of equity, access to health services was not balanced across the country. Volatility in the coverage of commonplace health insurance, differences in the provision and the financing of health care services for citizens, problems in access to health care services for the poor, lack of a mandatory referral chain, unequal distribution of health care professionals throughout the country were among the other concerns in the health system.
